Thomas's decade long career in solar had humble beginnings where he founded and ran a small residential and commercial installation company based out of the Bay Area of California. After installing over a megawatt of systems he moved on to Trina Solar where he was moved into a multitude of leadership roles including project development, global product management and industry management. Upon leaving Trina Solar, Thomas took up a leadership position within Enerparc's US affiliate, overseeing the companies EPC and O&M activities. Thomas’ background is mechanical engineering and is conversationally proficient in Spanish.
Sindy Tew-Houghton | Principal
Sindy has had an extensive career spanning several well-known global solar manufacturers, mostly recently at Sungrow Power where she established the U.S. branch for the global brand in addition to daily oversight of accounting, marketing, logistics, HR and sales operations. Prior to her time at Sungrow, Sindy established another global brand's US presence at Talesun Solar. Her 6 year solar career started at Trina Solar where she managed business operations for the project development team. A linguist by birth Sindy is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay and conversational in Hokkien and Indonesian.

Nancy Cheng | OPERATIONS Manager
Spanning the past half-decade, Nancy Cheng has managed sales operations and logistics for several global solar manufacturers including Talesun Solar and Sungrow Power. From there Nancy grew into a role at Pacific Gas and Electric where she oversees the daily logistical support ensuring that both the customers and the work crews are efficiently managed. Nancy has a Masters in Civil Engineering from San Jose State, a B.S. from University of California, San Diego and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
CAREN LIU | SALES OPERATIONS SUPPORT
Caren has extensive experience in conducting sales operations duties that encompasses serving as a provisioning lead to ensure accuracy on inventory and order fulfillment in accordance with company procedures and policies. Caren is extremely experienced in several sales operations platforms and is an expert in maintaining the operational hub and acting as liaison between manufacturing facilities, internal sales and accounting departments as well as ensuring customer satisfaction is not only met but exceeded with each and every transaction. Caren holds a Masters Degree from Newcastle Business School at Norhtumbria University, UK and is fluent in English as well as Mandarin.
Elmer Mercado | Warehouse OPERATOR
Elmer Mercado's extensive hand's on background in warehouse operations has spanned a multitude of companies with the most recent being Tesla Motors. Before Tesla, Elmer further developed his skill set while overseeing the safety implementation program for a Bay Area Architectural Lighting company ensuring CAL-OSHA compliance during operations and mentoring new employees through the safety training program. Elmer is bilingual in both English and Spanish and forklift certified.
lexi Li | Project Planner
Lexi brings to bear excellent customer support and marketing experience. Most recently Lexi worked as an International Marketing Planner at a top tier manufacturer in the solar industry, where she managed the company's global exhibitions and events. She has extensive tradeshow setup experiences, spanning Germany, the United States, Australia, Thailand and China. Prior to that, Lexi represented the Ritz-Carlton in Beijing by hosting VIP clients and coordinating their concierge, amenity and event planning. Lexi also has experience serving as a VIP interpreter at the Inauguration of World Tourism Cities Federation. Lexi is trilingual, fluent in Mandarin, English and Spanish and is a graduate of the Beijing Language and Culture University.
